4. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

Call of Duty continues to be the best-selling first-person shooter series, so another game coming out this year was an inevitability. This upcoming entry in the series will be another Black Ops game, and will feature a single player campaign taking place in the tumultuous 90s after the fall of the Soviet Union, with the US becoming the world’s sole superpower. But players will have to fight an enemy emerging from within, going rogue in what could be another exciting Call of Duty campaign this year.

There’s also multiplayer, which will feature 16 new maps according to the game’s website, and a new gameplay innovation which developer Treyarch is calling “omnimovement”, which lets you perform “incredible and complex” maneuvers on the battlefield… Additionally, Zombies also brings new maps and the “round-based zombies” mode for those who enjoy killing the undead hordes. This Call of Duty (the first one to launch on Microsoft’s Game Pass) could be one of the top entries in the franchise when it’s released this fall, then.
